The library is the same for everyone. What reaches you, and when, is not. Three things decide it, and you can change any of them later.
What you actually do
Tell us your role and what matters most in your week. A researcher building longlists and a partner who needs client reporting are not shown the same modules, because they do not have the same job.
Where you start
Beginner, intermediate or experienced changes the starting point, not the ceiling. Nobody is made to sit through what they already know to reach what they do not.
When it arrives
Modules are released on a schedule rather than dropped on you at once, and anything a module depends on comes first — so you are never shown something that assumes knowledge you have not been given yet.
Change your answers whenever your work changes, and the path rebuilds around them.

Anyone can check a certificate
Verification
Every certificate carries a credential code. Enter it and the page confirms the holder, the level, the track and the date issued. No login, no account.
Codes are four blocks beginning SX- — printed on the certificate and in the holder's LinkedIn image.

Ask an Invenias practitioner
Some questions will not wait for the first Thursday. Ask one whenever it comes up and a practitioner answers it — someone who runs searches in Invenias, not a chatbot and not a support queue.

Your question goes straight to a practitioner. Answers point you at the module that covers it, so you have it in writing afterwards and not just in your inbox.

Common questions
Before you sign up
Do I need Invenias already?
Yes. This is training for Invenias, the executive search database — it is not a substitute for the software and does not include a licence.
How long does it take?
A new starter is working in Invenias within days rather than after a training day, because the first modules arrive straight away and the rest follow on a schedule. The full library runs to 9h 46m and is designed to be dipped into, not worked through end to end.
Does everyone get the same training?
No. You tell us your role, what matters most in your week and how much Invenias you have used before, and the modules are selected and ordered from that. Change your answers at any time and your path follows.
What if I am stuck on something specific?
Ask it. Subscribers can send a question at any time, from the site or by replying to any email we send, and a practitioner answers it — usually pointing you at the module that covers it. There is also a live clinic on the first Thursday of the month.
Can my firm see how people are getting on?
On the Team, Firm and Unlimited plans, yes. An administrator gets a console showing who has started, who has finished, who has stalled, and who holds which certificate.
How do I check whether someone's certificate is genuine?
Enter their credential code on the verification page. It confirms the holder, level, track and issue date against our records — no account needed.
Can I cancel?
Individual has a three-month minimum term. Team and Firm are rolling monthly.
